The Stegreif Orchestra has been in existence for 10 years now, and it was only during our anniversary year in 2025 that the ensemble acquired its own rehearsal space for the first time. This is a milestone in the orchestra's development and makes many processes in the organisation of our rehearsals much easier. Thanks to the fantastic Berlin-wide initiative KulturRäumeBerlin gGmbH, we were able to move into our rehearsal room in the heart of Reinickendorf and adapt it to our needs. Numerous spaces for various cultural and creative activities were created in the premises of the old hosiery factory, and so the ensemble's long-cherished dream of having its own rehearsal room WITH a dance floor finally became a reality!
On 5 March from 4 p.m., the entire creative conglomerate invites you to come and see the conversion of the former hosiery factory and meet all its new creative tenants – Stegreif will of course be there. Come along, listen to music and join in the conversation – we look forward to seeing you!
